The Photo Academy
Technical lead and DevOps of the platform of a photography school present in several countries — from its first French site under Drupal to the Laravel platform run since.
It began in 2012 with lesphotographes.org, the school's French site under Drupal: an order management interface and its search engine optimisation.
Then the maintenance and evolution of the Drupal site, its migration and rebuild on Laravel; the PicsMentor site taken over and rebuilt; sales and profile-creation funnels, a dynamic calendar, PHPUnit tests; an agile team of five. Multilingual: French, German, Italian.
The whole ecosystem around it set up and operated: GitLab and its CI runner, Baserow, Listmonk, Matomo and Plausible, n8n. Nearly 4,000 signed commits on the main application.
