Network — the back office of the Wexample collective
The application the collective runs on: memberships, projects, invoicing and the treasurer's bookkeeping, written and run since 2018 — more than 6,000 commits.
Members join and renew through Stripe payment funnels and receive their membership proofs; projects gather organisations, contributors, missions and contracts; quotations, bills in and out, credits and receipts are written from them, line by line.
On the treasurer's side, every euro is followed: transactions, bank reconciliation, fiscal years and accounting codes, and a view of relations that ties each incoming bill to the outgoing ones it pays and to the bank movements behind them, month by month. Three roles — member, manager, treasurer —, 51 entities, 89 Vue components.
Built on Symfony 4 in 2018 and carried up since; much of it has now been lifted out into the packages of the suite — accounting, payment, mail, media, notification, signature.
